
Stonehenge Consulting Pty Ltd is a Building Certification firm founded by Paul Eltringham as Director. We service the Sunshine Coast in Queensland and Brisbane . Certification has changed significantly in recent years and it is therefore more important than ever to provide clients (including owners, architects, builders and developers) with the most up to date Interpretation of new legislation. Not only do we strive to provide a personal service to every project that we undertake, but we also aim to provide the client with informative links and other helpful regulatory information to help the project become a success.
If involved at an early stage, we can help the team address problematic design issues that may be presented and liaise with Queensland Fire and Rescue Service (QFRS) and fire engineers to ascertain an alternative approach rather than follow the deemed to satisfy provisions of the Building Code of Australia (BCA).
We are licensed to certify and carry out building inspections on all types and sizes of projects in the State of Qld. We are also licensed in Victoria for certification and have qualifications in Project Management. Our knowledge in fire engineering and “hands on” domestic building experience also ensures that we are adequately equipped for all types of projects from large to small.
Our previous experience in certification and BCA auditing of commercial and industrial projects covers all types of buildings within most states of Australia (including New Zealand).
We have a reputation within the Queensland building industry for a common sense approach to projects which ultimately reflects by adding value to the project.
